National Sales Manager

Monroe Consulting Group's Healthcare Division is partnering with a leading multinational medical technology company to identify a National Sales Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will be responsible for leading the national sales strategy, driving commercial growth, expanding key customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while driving sales excellence.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, industry partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, and cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and customer engagement.
• Drive sales forecasting, territory planning, performance monitoring, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a people management role.
• Proven track record in sales leadership within the medical device, healthcare, dental, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing sales strategies and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
