Forklift Operator

Description:
Safely and accurately handling of materials while operating a forklift.

Warehouse 3rd shift schedule:
Monday - Friday from 10:30pm to 7:00am
$19.50 per hour

Forklift Operator supports the daily operations by ensuring the safe and accurate handling of materials. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, performing shipping and receiving tasks, and maintaining inventory accuracy through RF scanning. Team members must follow all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and complete required documentation accurately and on time. Team members are also expected to support one another and consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote reliable, high-quality workflow across the shift.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving functions, including staging, scanning, and verifying materials.
• Use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow pick lists, production schedules, and work orders accurately.
• Conduct basic product inspection to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic entries accurately and on time.
• Follow all plant safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications
0–1 year of experience driving a forklift (preferred in a Warehouse environment).
Basic computer skills.
Ability to learn and effectively use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other inventory-related software.
