EMEA Recruitment is looking for a skilled Head of IT with experience in a manufacturing organization to lead our client's IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise applications (SAP, BI).
This role will oversee IT infrastructure, security, compliance, and PMO while managing a team and IT budget to align technology with business goals.

Key Duties of the Head of IT:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy to drive business transformation to meet the needs of the business, across finance, supply chain, quality etc.
- Oversee SAP, Business Intelligence, and enterprise applications
- Manage IT infrastructure, security policies, and regulatory compliance
- Lead the PMO, ensuring successful project delivery and IT governance
- Manage and develop the IT team while overseeing the IT budget
Key Experience Required:
- 10+ years of IT leadership in a multinational or enterprise setting
- Expertise in SAP, BI, IT infrastructure, security, and compliance
- Proven success in IT transformation, project management, and leadership
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing IT budgets
- Fluent in German and English, degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
