Overview
Client is seeking a Tableau Developer to design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions that transform complex datasets into actionable insights. This role focuses on data visualization, reporting, and data integration across multiple systems to support business decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Tableau and Power BI, data modeling, and data analysis tools, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards to extract and present data from multiple environments.
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights that support improvement initiatives and business decisions.
• Author and maintain report-layer assets in Tableau, including report-level transformations and measures.
• Connect and integrate data from multiple systems within Tableau.
• Work within a source-controlled Tableau environment.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
Education
Bachelors +3-5 years or Masters 0-3 years
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages used for data manipulation, including Python, R, or SQL.
• Understanding of key project metrics and concepts, including KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, and cost variance.
• Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, and other data modeling and visualization tools.
• Strong ability to communicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders and Client audiences.
Work Details
• Onsite Full Time.
• Work Schedule: 5/40-1st Shift.
• No Security Clearance Required (Must be able to obtain)
