Product Specialist (Orthopaedic)

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Healthcare industry to hire a Product Specialist (Orthopaedic). This role is responsible for driving sales of oral supplements and medical devices within the orthopaedic segment. It plays a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sustained revenue growth for the organisation. This opportunity is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for oral supplement and medical device to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Conduct demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of products
• Provide clients with information, including usage instructions and safety precautions
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer base
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts and resolve any customer issues

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry
• Proven experience as a sales representative in the medical industry selling to orthopaedics

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Experience in selling oral supplements and medical devices
• Strong understanding of product demonstrations, usage guidelines, and safety precautions
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets
