We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Queenstown. About the Role
This position plays a key role in connecting customers with the workshop team, ensuring a seamless experience from initial booking through to job completion.

You will be the friendly face of the business and responsible for managing service bookings, coordinating workshop requirements, ordering parts, and keeping customers informed throughout the process. This is a varied role that requires strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and service bookings
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process
  • Communicate repairs, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Order and manage parts for workshop and customer requirements
  • Provide pricing, stock availability, and product advice
  • Maintain accurate inventory and system records
  • Support workshop scheduling and job preparation
  • Ensure warranty and compliance processes are followed
About You 
You will be customer-focused, organised, and confident working in a busy environment where priorities can shift quickly. You’ll have the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians, balancing customer expectations with workshop demands.

Ideal skills and experience include:
  • Experience in automotive service, parts, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous
  • Full New Zealand driver licence
