EmployMe is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced JLR Technician to join their teams across NZ.

Our clients are looking for skilled and motivated JLR Technicians who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving technical problems and doesn’t run for the hills when a diagnostic fault appears on the screen.

About the Role Working as part of a professional workshop team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Diagnosing and repairing faults across JLR vehicles
• Using modern diagnostic equipment and technology
• Completing vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Identifying faults accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate service and repair records
• Working closely with the wider workshop team
• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment

 About You We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a JLR Technician or Automotive Technician
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with modern vehicle technology
• Excellent attention to detail
• A genuine passion for automotive engineering
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Relevant automotive qualifications and/or proven industry experience
