Customer Service & Sales Support Officer
Location: Inner West, NSW
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Super
Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday | Flexible Start & Finish Times
WOW Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing and wholesale business that supplies premium products to trade partners across Australia, New Zealand and international markets.
Due to an internal promotion opportunity within the team, we are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join this growing business and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to valued trade customers.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting sales activities within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Providing product advice and supporting customers with technical enquiries
• Liaising with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery
• Following up quotations and assisting with sales conversion opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers
• Resolving customer concerns and providing outstanding service
• Assisting with showroom enquiries when required
• Maintaining accurate customer information within CRM and internal systems
What You'll Bring
• Previous experience: customer service, internal sales, sales support, order processing or administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence building relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
• A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute
Highly Regarded
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems (Pronto highly desirable)
• Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, building products or trade environments
• Experience supporting trade customers
• Window furnishings or related industry experience
