Business Development Manager – Perth (South of the River)

Are you a driven Business Development Manager who thrives in face-to-face sales and building strong client relationships?

Our client is looking for a motivated self-starter to drive new business, grow market share, and strengthen relationships across Perth. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to grow and maintain the company’s presence in the region.

The Opportunity

Join a leading player in the automotive industry, partnering with some of the most recognised brands in the market. Take ownership of new business growth, manage existing accounts, and help expand presence in Perth and surrounding areas.


Salary & Location
  • $90k + Super + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Comms
  • Location: Perth – South of the River
  • Working Model: Field-based with office support as needed

🔧 The Role

  • Identify, target, and develop new client relationships.
  • Drive sales, client engagement, and account management activities.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships while retaining key accounts.
  • Educate clients on services, processes, and points of difference.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

🎯 About You

  • A background in account management and field sales is ideal: FMCG, Manufacturing, solar, or other relevant industry
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally (essential).
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently in a field-based role.
