General Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Pour concrete into pre-formed molds to create retaining wall blocks

• Smooth and level concrete using hand tools during and after the pour

• Place metal hooks and other required inserts into the molds before setting

• Remove excess concrete and clean molds by scraping and washing after each pour

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Use a forklift to move finished products around the yard (if certified)

• Assist in keeping production running efficiently to meet the weekly goal of ~150 blocks

• Comfortable working in a dusty, dirty environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Forklift experience a plus (or willing to learn)

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Willing to perform repetitive tasks and follow safety procedures

• Must pass any required pre-employment screenings
