Marketing Manager – Electrical & Power Products (based in Jakarta)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on electrical & power. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years’ experience in marketing in a multinational company for the job of Marketing Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 

• Direct report to Business Development Director
• Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones
• Managing and coordinating marketing staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
• Own end-to-end product management for product families including pricing, positioning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy
• Enabled partners to develop new business in the renewable energy segment, delivering targeted trainings and sales toolkits and supporting the adoption of newly launched LV products for solar plant projects, including application guidance and solution positioning.
• Provide marketing support and technical advice to the sales and marketing team on a wide range of pump products
• Working with executives to determine budgets and targets
• Charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services
• Count on marketing strategy for profitability and results

Job Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• At least ten years’ experience in marketing in a multinational company
• Strong exposure and knowledge in Electrical & Power products
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in mining, industrial, project-based, etc
• Effective relationship management and communication skills
• Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
