Seeking BE/BC OBGYN Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Join a growing reproductive and sexual-health practice providing individualized care.
  • Established group includes 10 physicians, eight certified nurse midwives and three APPs.
  • Provide care across regional office locations with an integrated birth service.
  • Current call rotation is approximately 1:7.
  • Strong community demand supports rapid development of a patient panel.
  • Collaborate with well-rounded colleagues focused on patient and community needs.
  • Full- and part-time options; weekday clinic hours with rotating holidays and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Published annual compensation range: $325,030-$481,800.
  • Recruitment, sign-on, relocation and productivity incentives advertised.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.

Visa Acceptance
