ABOUT THE ROLE
A Chicago-based wealth management firm made a significant investment in Salesforce as its new CRM platform, and we need the right person to make it stick. This is a contract role for someone who knows Salesforce inside and out, loves working across teams, and takes personal ownership in driving results. The right candidate will help us move off legacy systems, get the business running on Salesforce the right way, and ultimately help us grow AUM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You know Salesforce and you bring the ideas. We are not looking for someone waiting to be told what to fix. We need someone who walks in, sees where the process is broken, and starts building the solution.
- Sales process design is your wheelhouse. You will map out how our distribution and client teams actually work, then build that into Salesforce in a way that makes their day easier, not harder.
- You turn platform capability into business results. If time is being wasted, data is off, or a workflow does not make sense, you find it, fix it, and do it in a way that scales.
- You earn trust by doing the work. This role puts you directly alongside our client and distribution teams. The credibility comes from knowing your stuff and delivering on it.
- Deep Salesforce experience is a must. You have configured, optimized, and run a CRM in a real business environment.
You do not need guidance; you need a mandate.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS
- Distribution and client teams are actively working their pipeline inside Salesforce, not around it.
- At least two or three process improvements are scoped, prioritized, and in flight.
- Key stakeholders trust this person and are bringing them into conversations proactively.
- Every member of the sales and client teams has a baseline understanding of Salesforce and uses it effectively every day.
- A clear enablement plan is in place, with this person serving as the primary resource for questions, best practices, and platform guidance
