Join a well-established Auckland-based business and take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple entities. This is a standalone role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Finance Manager in a busy, high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities:

- Managing the full AP function across multiple entities
- Processing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs
- Maintaining vendor records and supplier relationships
- Assisting with month-end reporting and finance support
- Identifying process improvements and system efficiencies
- 3+ years' experience in a standalone or end-to-end AP role
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and GST
- Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting systems
- High attention to detail and strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Stable, well-established business
- Standalone role with ownership and autonomy
