Junior Controller - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is proud to work with a fast-growing business in its search for a Junior Controller.

As the Junior Controller, you will work closely with the Head of Finance on a mix of finance duties, from sending invoices to monthly reporting, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis.

This dynamic, rapidly expanding, and unique business offers the opportunity to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate closely with the wider business, creating a perfect stepping stone for a driven finance professional.

The role will suit an outgoing, proactive, and self-driven candidate with strong social skills and a technical mindset.

This position also offers two days of remote work per week and a competitive salary/benefits package.

Main duties of the Junior Controller:

• Booking and processing invoices
• Supporting closing activities and analysis duties
• Coordinating with customer service and other operational business units
• Working on process improvement and optimization projects
• Assisting with month-end closing

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a finance department; you understand the basics and are looking for a platform to accelerate your growth
• Strong Excel skills and a mastery of driving efficiency, with a natural curiosity for how AI and automation can reshape traditional finance workflows
• Fluent English, with the ability to bridge the gap between complex financial data and operational team needs
• Tech-forward, hungry to learn, and excited to contribute to a scaling business environment where your impact is visible from day one
