Production Associate

Nesco Resource is looking for a Production Associate in Waterbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM

Pay: $16.94/hr

Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
