Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of private-sector accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management
  • Experience with internal controls, recordkeeping systems, and audits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and discreet handling of confidential information
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with eCommerce reporting and website activity reconciliation
  • Knowledge of collegiate licensing compliance
  • Experience supporting special projects for executive teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Over 5 years of experience in accounting roles with leadership responsibilities
Other Requirements:
  • Availability for year-end audit support
  • Ability to support annual insurance renewals
  • Dependable attendance and cross-functional collaboration skills
Salary:
$100,000 - $115,000
