WOW Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing Queensland business that helps homeowners recover after major storm and hail events. Due to a significant increase in demand, we're looking for 4 energetic and motivated individuals to join their expanding field sales team.
This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career, earn strong commissions and genuinely help people during difficult situations. No two days are the same. Your Day-to-Day
- Door knock within designated communities
- Speak with homeowners about available services and support
- Educate customers and identify opportunities
- Generate quality leads and book inspections
- Build trust and establish strong community relationships
- Represent the business professionally in the field
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Work towards daily activity and lead generation targets
- Travel to regional and metropolitan locations when required

- Comfortable working outdoors and independently

- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred
