The Opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of national supplier accounts, developing and executing strategic business plans that deliver exceptional commercial outcomes.
Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll identify opportunities for growth, lead customer engagement and ensure exceptional execution across the independent grocery channel.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans across your customer portfolio
• Build trusted relationships with national suppliers and key customers
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, distribution and market share
• Lead business reviews, presentations and commercial negotiations
• Analyse sales performance, promotional activity and market trends
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful execution in market
• Monitor KPIs and deliver commercial insights that support business growth
• Drive continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities

About You You'll be an experienced National Account Manager or National Business Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
You'll bring:

• Experience within FMCG, grocery or consumer goods
• National Account Management or National Business Management experience
• Exposure to the Independent Grocery channel or Metcash will be highly regarded
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capability
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A proactive, results-driven approach and a genuine desire to make an impact
