Base Salary Range: 100,000 – 120,000 THB / Month
Position Summary
The Warehouse & Materials Operations Manager plans, directs, and optimizes all warehouse and internal material handling activities supporting the site's Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) operations. This position ensures pristine inventory accuracy, seamless material feeds to active production lines, full quality/regulatory compliance, and ongoing operational productivity.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Operational Execution & Shopfloor Support

Oversee all core warehouse activities: Receiving, Main Store, Indirect/MRO Store, Finished Goods, and Shipping.

Guarantee uninterrupted material supply to SMT, mechanical assembly, testing, and packaging operations.

Optimize floor layouts, storage density, and material traffic paths to elevate productivity and space usage.

Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage security control systems across all storage zones.
2. Inventory Control & Integrity

Drive inventory accuracy across all stock categories through structured cycle counting and annual physical stock counts.

Enforce strict FIFO/FEFO material movement principles across raw materials and sub-assemblies.

Conduct root-cause analyses on stock variances, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring gaps.

Monitor inventory velocity to eliminate material shortages, excess stock, and obsolete inventory.
3. Shipping, Logistics & Cross-Functional Alignment

Manage domestic and international freight forwarders to guarantee on-time outbound shipments to global clients.

Verify shipping documentation accuracy, export/import compliance, and customer-specific labeling needs.

Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to manage Material Review Board (MRB), Return to Vendor (RTV), and Customer Material Authorization (CMA) workflows.
4. Quality, ESD & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure strict operational compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling standards for sensitive components.

Maintain audit readiness for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC, customer-specific, and internal EHS safety standards.
5. Continuous Improvement & Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and floor operators; conduct performance evaluations and manage labor capacity planning.

Champion Lean manufacturing practices, 5S, Kaizen, and warehouse automation/digitalization projects to reduce operational overhead.

Qualifications & Skill Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

Work Experience: 7+ years in warehouse/logistics operations, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or management capacity. EMS or electronics assembly background strongly preferred.

Systems Expertise: Advanced user of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics) and WMS tools; proficient in MS Excel and data analytics.

Core Competencies: Strong team leadership, root-cause problem solving, knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles, and fluently spoken/written English for corporate reporting.
