The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you will initially spend several months within the Pre-Construction Team, helping shape projects from the earliest stages.
Following this period, you will transition into the delivery phase, taking full ownership of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.

- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
- Manage project programming, planning, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Drive procurement and subcontractor engagement processes.
- Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee contract administration and commercial performance.
- Monitor quality assurance processes and ensure high standards of delivery.
- Proven NZ experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong background delivering medium to large-scale commercial projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, programming, and procurement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
