Key Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage settlements and disbursements, including reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and payment runs.
- Support month-end activities and reporting requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with process improvements and maintain strong financial controls.
About You
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, settlements or similar finance functions.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with competing priorities.
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Positive, proactive approach with strong communication skills.
