Machine Operator - (Food Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor case packers, case erectors, and case sealers to ensure seamless production.
• Hand pack and stack bagged products while ensuring the integrity of packaging and contents.
• Scale and top off bags as required to meet product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and adhering to all safety and client guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle moderate physical activity.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures ranging from -30°F to 176°F, where applicable.
• Ability to stand continuously for up to 13 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety and GMP guidelines.
