Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the food processing industry? Look no further! We are seeking Process Workers to join our vibrant team at Baiada's Mount Kuring-Gao processing facility.
As a Process Worker, you'll be an essential part of our fresh poultry and cooked plant operations, preparing mouth-watering chicken products. No prior experience is required, making this the perfect chance to gain valuable skills in one of the region's largest food processing facilities.

About the Role:
  • Processing, packaging, and labelling various chicken and turkey products
  • Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and facilities
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, cold environment, meeting targets, and adhering to strict timeframes
  • Adhering to OH&S and food hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures
Skills & Experience:
  • We value reliability and punctuality above all else. If you have a proven attendance record, we want to hear from you!
  • Manual handling and repetitive lifting are part of the job, so if you have physical restrictions then this role may not be for you.

About you:
As a Process Worker, you will need to be available to work full-time hours. In addition, you must have:
  • Active working rights in Australia (legally entitled to work)
  • You must have your own car and a valid driver’s licence
  • You need to have your own car and licencehysical fitness, as all positions are fast-paced, repetitive, and involve manual handling
