About the Role
An opportunity is available for a Fixed Plant Operator to join Rio Tinto operations at Parker Point This role is suited to candidates who prioritise safety, enjoy working in a team environment, and are keen to learn and develop their skills over time.
This is a residential position, and applicants must live in or be able to reside in close proximity to Paker point

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working around the following equipment and infrastructure:
- Stackers
- Reclaimers
- Previous experience in a fixed plant, processing, or industrial environment
- Experience across
- Exposure to FIFO or DIDO work and confidence working in harsh climates, including Pilbara conditions
- Strong commitment to safety as a top priority
- Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the team
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a crew
- Current C Class manual driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Must be residential to Dampier/Karratha
