- Previous sales experience selling additives and/or Surface Coatings to major Paint and Coatings manufacturers
- A “hands on” approach to business
- A willingness to continually grow business both organically and by identifying and securing new business
- A willingness to continually learn and develop
- Be a team player that will assist others when needed
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
