EUC Lead – Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Migration & Hypercare - NV1 Clearance Required

Location: Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane
Work Model: Hybrid
Duration: 6 months Contract opportunity with potential extensions

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EUC Lead to lead the design, migration, rollout and hypercare of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services.

You will provide both technical and delivery leadership across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
  • Design and configure Exchange Online, mail routing and tenant coexistence.
  • Develop mailbox migration, mail flow and distribution list strategies.
  • Lead Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Apps deployments.
  • Support shared email domain and cross-tenant collaboration solutions.
  • Coordinate end-user onboarding and adoption activities.
  • Develop migration, deployment, cutover and transition strategies.
  • Lead testing, pilot, rollout and hypercare activities.
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder communications.
  • Produce migration plans, technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Support transition to BAU support teams.
