Platform Product Lead

Join a leading retailer in a newly established leadership position as a Platform Product Lead specialising in marketing technology. Partner with business owners to identify, design, and deliver platforms that optimise marketing workflows, content management, and campaign execution amid organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing technology solutions and product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from business owners, create user stories, and oversee testing and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to facilitate change and navigate organisational complexity.
• Stay current with new marketing tools and evolving marketing technology stacks.

Experience & Skills Needed

• Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms such as AEM, Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and overseeing testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing squads of 5-10 team members.
• Proven stakeholder management in complex and evolving environments.
• Knowledge of marketing workflows, content management systems, and digital asset management tools.
