Are you an experienced retail professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building genuine, long-term client relationships?

An exciting opportunity is available to join a globally recognised luxury brand within a beautiful Sydney CBD boutique.

We are looking for a curious, personable and commercially minded Sales Consultant who understands the importance of elevated clienteling, enjoys developing product expertise and can deliver an exceptional level of service within a fast-paced boutique environment.


ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a highly client-focused position where relationship building sits at the heart of the role.

You will be responsible for creating personalised experiences for every client, understanding their individual needs and preferences, and developing relationships that extend well beyond the initial transaction.

You will be expected to proactively nurture your client base, follow up meaningfully and identify opportunities to build genuine long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Working within a busy Sydney CBD boutique, you will also need to confidently manage multiple customers and competing priorities while maintaining a calm, polished and professional approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an elevated, personalised luxury customer experience
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients
• Using sophisticated clienteling and CRM practices to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
• Working towards individual and boutique sales KPIs and commercial targets
• Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Developing strong product knowledge and confidently communicating product and brand stories
• Managing multiple clients and competing priorities during busy trading periods
• Working collaboratively with the wider boutique team

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience within luxury, premium or high-service retail
• Demonstrated experience with client relationship management
• A proven ability to build, maintain and grow a personal client portfolio
• Strong CRM and client follow-up practices
• A genuine consultative approach to selling
• A track record of achieving sales KPIs and commercial targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a polished, calm and professional conduct within a busy retail environment
• A curious and proactive approach to learning new products, systems and processes
• The confidence to ask questions, seek feedback and learn from those around you!
• A warm, positive and collaborative personality
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury retail and delivering exceptional service
• A clear desire to build a long-term career within the luxury sector
