Logistics Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Lenoir, NC
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Ready to join a growing team? We're looking for dependable Logistics Associates to support inventory, shipping & receiving, and server rack assembly in a fast-paced distribution environment. No interview is required!

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Load and unload materials using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assemble and install computer server racks by following detailed instructions.
• Assist with cable management and organization.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and technical teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and Data Center security requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
