About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role who is looking to kick-start a career in recruitment.
You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by engaging with candidates, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
Duties
• Sourcing and screening candidates across various roles
• Conducting phone interviews and initial candidate assessments
• Building relationships with job seekers and providing a positive candidate experience
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
• Working closely with clients and recruitment consultants
• Utilising recruitment systems and computer-based platforms daily
Skills and Experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, energetic, and friendly personality
• A genuine passion for working with people and building relationships
• Strong computer literacy and administration skills
• Ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Previous experience in customer service, admin, hospitality, retail, or similar
Benefits
• $75,000 package (including super)
