About the role

Utilise your payroll expertise across system integration, data validation, testing, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. You will support the integration of multiple payroll systems, contributing to a large-scale transformation and process improvement initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Support the integration and consolidation of multiple payroll systems
- Assist with payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration
- Analyse payroll processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiencies
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and system implementation activities
- Manage and maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Contribute to project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Skills & experience
- Strong payroll experience with a thorough understanding of payroll legislation and processes
- Previous experience working on payroll system implementations, integrations, or transformation projects
- Experience with payroll data migration, system testing, and process mapping
- Exposure to payroll platforms such as Micropay, PayGlobal, Dayforce, or similar payroll systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced attention to detail and data accuracy.
