Event Marketing Executive (Up to $22K)

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate logistics for the Company’s public education programmes,
community outreach activities and corporate events.
• Support internal and external communications for public education and youth
initiatives.
• Develop and execute publicity for community and public education programmes
across online and offline channels, including media communications, news
monitoring and story development.
• Prepare communications materials, including social media content, eDMs,
programme collateral and event materials.
• Support budget monitoring, records management, report preparation and the
maintenance of online information.
• Provide general administrative and cross-team support, and undertake ad hoc
assignments as required.

Requirements
• A recognised degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing
or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in public affairs, corporate
communications, public relations or journalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and
Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work
independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (in both English and Chinese) and
sound knowledge of social media and digital communications; experience with
design or video-editing software is an advantage.
• Flexibility to undertake additional duties and work outside normal office hours at
different event venues when required.
