Perth | Client Site Visits | 40 Hours Paid Training Every Year!

This is a well-established Perth MSP supporting a broad mix of managed and on-demand clients.

You’ll join an experienced technical team, working across Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure while getting exposure to troubleshooting, proactive maintenance and project work.

The role will involve some client site visits mainly across the Perth metro area. WFH flexibility is available when needed, but this isn’t a regular hybrid arrangement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing Level 2.5 technical support across multiple client environments
• Troubleshooting desktop, server, network and cybersecurity issues
• Handling incidents, service requests, change requests and installations
• Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Monitoring and maintaining client systems
• Troubleshooting recurring technical problems and identifying root causes
• Assisting with server infrastructure upgrades and network configurations
• Supporting backup, recovery and VPN requirements
• Getting involved in client onboarding and technical project work
• Visiting client sites, predominantly across the Perth metro area
• Keeping tickets, timesheets and technical documentation accurate and up to date
• Participating in the weekend on-call roster
• Assisting with after-hours on-site support when required

What You’ll Bring:

• Around 2-4 years’ experience in a hands-on IT support role, or equivalent experience
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience across networking and general IT infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
• A well-organised approach and ability to manage competing priorities
• MSP experience would be highly regarded
• Microsoft certifications would be a bonus
• A genuine interest in continuing to learn and develop technically
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for client site visits
