Career Strategies is currently hiring Leasing Consultants for apartment communities in North County San Diego. This is an ASAP opening for motivated professionals with a passion for customer service and sales. If you have leasing experience and want to grow within the property management industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You’ll play a key role in leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the community.

Responsibilities

Lease apartments to prospective residents
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
Provide outstanding resident and customer service
Assist with resident and vendor relations
Complete administrative tasks, filing, and special projects as needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
Professional, friendly, and energetic presentation
Strong sales skills (phone and in-person)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Motivated, dependable, and strong work ethic
Intermediate computer skills
Must be available to work weekends
