We're partnering with a well-established boutique accounting firm in Newcastle that's looking for an experienced Manager to lead a small, high-performing team while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of business clients
  • Leading and mentoring a team of 2+ accountants
  • Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
  • Providing business and taxation advice
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting the partners with workflow management and team development

About You

You'll have:

  • CA or CPA qualification (essential)
  • 10+ years' experience within public practice
  • Previous experience managing a team of 2 or more
  • Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
