In this role, you'll spearhead the development of a robust advocacy framework, transforming authentic customer stories into powerful assets that drive trust and influence decision-makers. Your innovative approach will shape how the organization harnesses customer voices, establishing a scalable, repeatable pipeline of advocacy and proof that amplifies our market impact.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or customer advocacy with ownership of case studies, testimonials, or reference programs
• Exceptional interviewing and storytelling skills—able to uncover compelling customer narratives and craft them into versatile assets
• Experience building processes in undefined or new spaces (0-1 build)
• Strong collaboration skills with creative and video teams, including reviewing footage and shaping rough cuts
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to compile performance reports on social proof initiatives

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with B2B or mid-market SaaS clients
• Familiarity with ICP-based segmentation and messaging frameworks
• Experience tracking and reporting on advocacy or social proof program performance

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Several years of hands-on experience in product, customer, or advocacy marketing within a SaaS environment

Other Requirements:

• Remote work or hybrid arrangements (Mountain View or San Francisco)
• Ability to operate independently across cross-functional teams, including sales, video production, and marketing stakeholders
• Willingness to engage in customer interviews and manage stakeholder relationships to secure and develop authentic customer stories
