Our client is a well-established packaging company based in Willawong and is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join their busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role offering a mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role As an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operations. This position requires a combination of high reach and counterbalance forklift work, along with manual handling and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Putaways and stock replenishment
  • Picking, packing and staging customer orders
  • Maintaining warehouse organisation and stock accuracy
  • General warehouse duties and manual handling tasks as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Current LF Forklift Licence
  • Proven High Reach forklift experience
  • Experience loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
  • Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to undertake manual handling and labouring duties
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
