AR/OTC Consultant (Part-Time) – Immediate Opportunity to Transform Billing Operations

In this critical position, you will own the day-to-day billing operations, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve upstream data issues, and apply your expertise to streamline and elevate existing practices. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help reduce errors, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to a key client in their rapid scaling journey.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on AR, billing, or order-to-cash experience in a B2B environment
• Proven expertise in manual billing processes, especially with SFDC, Google Intake forms, and usage-based SaaS agreements
• Strong data management skills, familiarity with Bill.com, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Ramp
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement best practices
• Excellent communication skills to partner effectively across departments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience managing prepaid annual agreements and hosted SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools to enhance billing workflows
• Prior involvement in SaaS or high-growth technology companies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant AR or billing experience, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration

Other Requirements:

• Remote work environment with flexible hours, peaking at 20-25 hours during busy periods and tapering to 15-20 hours thereafter
• Comfortable working independently with a manual process, applying best practices to improve existing workflows
• Immediate availability for interviews and start
