We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join a successful retail business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Experience in a sales and target-driven environment
- A passion for coaching and developing teams
- A strong customer service focus
- Flexibility to work full-time, 5 days over 7
- Legal permission to work in Ireland
- Experience in one-to-one selling
Role & Package
- Salary: €45,000–€50,000 per annum
- Location: South Dublin
- Hours: Late-night trading, with the store closing at 9 pm
- Weekends: Every Saturday, plus a minimum of 1 Sunday in 4
- Time Off: One full weekend off during each 6-week roster
- Commission: Attractive commission scheme available, to be discussed at interview
