You'll bring:
- Proven experience managing complex bids, tenders or proposals from start to finish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project and stakeholder management capability
- The ability to influence and coordinate senior stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand complex business requirements
- Confidence working across multiple functions and competing priorities
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, drive and a genuine desire to win - someone who can take ownership, bring people together and elevate the quality of every submission.

You'll have the opportunity to work on high-value, strategically important bids and have genuine visibility across the broader business.
