【大手外資系生命保険企業】プロジェクトマネージャー（メインフレームからクラウドへの移行・変革）

A Global Insurance firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager- (Mainframe to Cloud Transformation) to lead Stream 4 of its Life Platform Modernization Program.
This strategic transformation initiative focuses on modernizing the core life insurance platforms by simplifying commission and compensation processes, migrating legacy applications from the mainframe to a secure cloud environment, and decommissioning legacy systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Life Platform Modernization Program
- Manage the modernization of commission and compensation processes to improve operational efficiency and business agility
- Drive the migration of legacy mainframe applications to a cloud-based platform while ensuring minimal business disruption
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and governance activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, Security, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Lead stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and project governance meetings
- Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Support organizational change management activities, including user communication, training, and adoption planning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to simplify existing processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and modernization roadmap

Required Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
- At least 3 years managing complex IT transformation or modernization projects within the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven experience delivering mainframe modernization or mainframe-to-cloud migration projects
- Strong understanding of life insurance systems, particularly commission and compensation processing
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of enterprise application modernization and cloud migration best practices
- Familiarity with legacy mainframe environments and modernization strategies.  Workplace Solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives and business leaders
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build consensus across multiple stakeholders
