FRS Recruitment are now recruiting for the role of ‘Marketing & Communications Manager - Agri’ on behalf of our Client, who are an established Irish Agri machinery manufacturer based in Tipperary.

This is a senior, 9 month contract role with responsibility for maintaining momentum across brand, digital marketing, dealer and stakeholder communications, internal communications, public relations, events and commercial marketing support.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, Sales, and the wider management team, and will provide day-to-day direction to relevant external marketing suppliers.

Location: Tipperary

Contract: 9month FTC (maternity cover)

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree or relevant qualification in marketing, communications, digital marketing, business or a related discipline.
• Strong relevant experience across marketing and communications, ideally gained in a broad, hands-on manager or senior specialist role.
• Demonstrated experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, events and stakeholder communications.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for dealers, customers, employees, media and other stakeholders.
• Experience developing structured communications programs or calendars for dealer, distributor, customer or other stakeholder networks.
• Experience of internal communications and employee engagement activity.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, website performance, email marketing, social media and campaign analytics.
• Experience managing trade shows, exhibitions, customer events or similar activity.
• Experience working with external agencies, designers, videographers, printers, media partners and other suppliers.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, ROI measures and performance reporting.
• Experience within agriculture, agricultural machinery, manufacturing, engineering or a related B2B environment.
