We're partnering with a leading international engineering business looking for a Technical Sales Manager to develop existing customer relationships and deliver solution-led sales across a broad range of industrial customers.
What You'll Do
Build and grow relationships with existing customers
Understand customer challenges and recommend technical solutions
Work closely with engineering, procurement, operations, and IT stakeholders
Develop opportunities within key accounts
Manage projects from initial discussion through to close

Engineering, electrical, automation, industrial, or manufacturing background
Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, applications engineering, or account management
Ability to engage confidently with engineers and technical decision-makers
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
