Senior VP of Operations

As the Vice President of Operations in the electronics industry, you will lead manufacturing, process improvement,  and engineering teams. You will drive high-tech production efficiency, ensure strict quality control for components like semiconductors or circuit boards, and scale global manufacturing operations to meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Leadership: Direct all plant operations, assembly lines, and fabrication facilities to hit production targets.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee global sourcing, vendor relations, and raw material logistics for electronic components.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with ISO standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
• Process Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation to cut waste and boost output.
• Financial Management: Build and manage the annual operational budget, capital expenditures, and cost reduction goals.
• Technology Integration: Partner with R&D to introduce new electronic products and scale up factory capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years of senior leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, or hardware sectors.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of global supply chains, and lean production systems.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, multi-site teams and driving cultural change.
