This Project Officer function is required to provide a broad range of project administration to Project Directors, Project Managers and the Project Teams in development activities for a variety of projects across Western Australia. The function is responsible for the quality assurance, adherence to corporate project management plan development, Project schedule development and risk register development.
ESSENTIAL:
● Provision of Project Management Plan development, Project Schedule development and Risk register development.
● High level organisational skills with the ability to meet strict work deadlines, to multi-task and work with conflicting priorities.
● Advanced computer software skills, including advanced MS office suite, especially TEAMS and Outlook, Department Project Development processes and corporate system applications, with the provision to organise project/stakeholder meetings and take minutes.
DESIRABLE:
● Written communication skills.
Document management experience, including Content Manager (TRIM) and web-based systems (e.g. SharePoint).
