WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own key areas of the accounting cycle while bringing a fresh lens to how the work gets done.
• Dig into reconciliations, reporting, processes, and workflows to uncover opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency, and control.
• Help elevate the Accounting function by introducing best practices and more scalable approaches from environments you have experienced before.
• Partner with a highly tenured team, combining their deep knowledge of the business with the outside perspective you bring.
• Strengthen processes, controls, and segregation of duties while helping create clearer ownership across the function.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and emerging tools to modernize accounting processes and eliminate unnecessary manual work.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience with strong accounting fundamentals and broad exposure.
• CPA strongly preferred, with consideration for someone actively completing the CPA process.
• Public accounting experience is highly attractive, particularly for someone ready to take that foundation and make an impact inside one organization.
• A combination of public accounting and industry experience would be equally compelling.
• Exposure to multiple clients, industries, or accounting environments with an understanding of what strong accounting processes look like.
• Naturally curious, analytical, and improvement-minded with the ability to see beyond the task in front of you.
