Regional Sales Manager – North/West Africa (Morocco)

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join a growing international technology business, responsible for generating new business revenue across North and West Africa. This role focuses on developing and executing a regional sales strategy across key verticals including Healthcare, Corporate Enterprise, Public Sector, and Large Venues.

You will engage with end users, consultants, and channel partners, managing opportunities from qualification through to close while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners across the region.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers to develop a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy aligned with regional growth targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify priority accounts and routes to market.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Present solutions and value propositions to customers, supported by technical teams where required.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and work cross-functionally to close business.
  • Attend industry events and follow up on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed new business targets.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel across North and West Africa.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B technology sales with a strong focus on new business.
  • Experience in AV, IT, or related technology sectors.
  • Experience working with consultants, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Fluency in English required; French or Arabic highly advantageous.
