Snr SEO Account Manager

Our client is an expert in the web development and web design field and they're on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager as part of an expansion to their team.

As a Senior Account Manager:

• You will build and nurture client relationships and stand in as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• You will lead client onboarding and kickoff meetings and set the stage for project success and ensure that all team objectives are aligned with client goals.
• With your 3 years of experience in a similar field and strong focus on SEO and CRO, you will develop and implement client retention strategies and ensure loyalty and long-term satisfaction are constantly evaluated and enhances each client's experience.
• Your expertise in SEO strategies, website best practices and digital marketing principles is required when providing updates, insights and strategic guidance on client campaigns as well as addressing client escalations promptly and effectively.
• You have exceptional leadership and communication skills and with your ability to influence teams, you will foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

MORE ABOUT YOU:

• You are client-centric and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
• You have a thorough understanding of SEO at a technical level and you are able to talk shop with clients.
• You possess the ability to identify trends, analyse data and make data-driven decisions thus have the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue growth
• You believe in continuous improvement and have the ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices that will guide and support team members
