Apply direct- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support project initiatives.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support process mapping, gap analysis, and identification of business improvement opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Analyze business and operational data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline; fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior exposure to the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
